Sirrah then listed the home & sold it in 2 months. While this one was a tad longer than most, it was also due to it being a rare opportunity of a duplex in a single family area. Regardless, Sirrah got it sold 125,000 over ask.

This home was listed for 32 Days & got a few showings and a couple low ball offers that out right offended the Home Owner. The little Blue House! This home was listed on Purple Bricks for 26 Days & didn't sell. When the Home Owner called Sirrah he was very displeased and frustrated! Sirrah SOLD this home!

This quaint home in Thorold was listed with Purple Bricks for 65 days for 465,000. The homeowner hadn't gotten any showings at all. Once re-listed with Sirrah, it sold for 535,000 in 8 days.

This home was listed with Purple Bricks for just over three weeks! Sirrah met with t he Homeowners who were struggling with showings and had only gotten 3 booked showings, only 2 of those booked showings had showed up! So, they re-listed with Sirrah & sold for 610,000 within 6 days. These Homeowners were beyond happy.

This really cute home near the historic village and waterfront in Fort Erie was listed with Keller Williams for 124 days prior to expiring at a list price of 525,000. Once re-listed, Sirrah sold this home for 519,750 in only 18 days!

THIS home ! The homeowner tried selling 7 times at 579,000 list price with various agents over the course of 2 years, spending a total of 458 days on the market active. Sirrah listed this home and got it sold for 542,500 in 54 days.

Another Purple Bricks listing. This couple decided that after almost 20 years in this home, they wanted to 'upgrade'. They cancelled their listing at 474,000 after 152 days and re-listed with Sirrah, selling for 562,000 in 9 days after other agents told them they wouldn't be able to get even 450,000!
